Account Information:

• Email address (from Apple or Google Sign In)
• Display name (if provided)
• User ID (automatically generated)

User Content:

• Clothing images you upload
• Profile/try-on reference photos
• AI-generated virtual try-on images

Usage Data:

• Wardrobe organization preferences
• Weekly outfit plan history
• Collection and favorites data

Device Information:

• Device type (for app functionality)
• Location data (for weather-based outfit recommendations, with your permission)
• Advertising Identifiers: IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) on iOS, used for delivering personalized advertisements (with your permission via App Tracking Transparency)

3. How We Use Your Information

• Service Provision: To organize your wardrobe, generate AI outfit plans, and create virtual try-on images
• AI Processing: Your images are processed by Google Gemini AI to analyze clothing and generate try-on results
• Personalization: To provide weather-appropriate outfit recommendations
• Advertising: To display relevant ads through Google AdMob based on your interests and activity
• Account Management: To manage your subscription and account settings

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Firestore and Storage), a service provided by Google. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, data storage, and cloud storage
• Google Gemini AI: Image analysis and virtual try-on generation
• Apple In-App Purchase: Subscription payment processing
• Weather API: Location-based weather data for outfit recommendations
• Google AdMob: Advertising network that may collect data about your device and activity to show personalized ads. You can control tracking via your device settings.

6. Advertising & User Tracking

We use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS devices to serve personalized ads through Google AdMob. This allows us to support our free services.

Your Control (App Tracking Transparency):
On iOS 14.5 and later, we will ask for your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes. You can tap "Allow" or "Ask App Not to Track". You can change this choice at any time in your device Settings > Privacy > Tracking.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (profile, clothing images, try-on results) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent for location-based features and advertising tracking

9. Children's Privacy

FitOut is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
